Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit and drive quality of care.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, conduct rounds, coordinate with physicians and therapy teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff. Current Alabama RN license and CPR/BLS required; leadership experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our nursing leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for an assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, support, and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions and quality of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Review nursing documentation, care plans, and physician orders.
• Address clinical concerns and changes in resident condition.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous nursing experience required.
• Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, or other nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and support a nursing team.
