Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our evening shift nursing team in Northport, AL. As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care, support the nursing team, and help ensure our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents receive quality, compassionate care during the shift.

This full-time role offers a base pay of $31.00-$40.40 per hour (experience-based) with weekday evening differential of $2.00/hour and weekend

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing required.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families and care team.
• Follow infection prevention and safety guidelines.

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM | 8-Hour Shifts

Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends
