Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversight for an assigned nursing unit. This role leads a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensures residents receive consistent, quality care, and coordinates with physicians, therapy, and the multidisciplinary team.

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, support, and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions and quality of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Review nursing documentation, care plans, and physician orders.
• Address clinical concerns and changes in resident condition.
• Support staff development, infection prevention, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversight for an assigned nursing unit.

This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting staff, and helping ensure residents receive consistent, quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned nursing unit.
