Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility

Position Summary:

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and at the unit level. The role is responsible for supervising staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.

Candidate Requirements:

The following education, licenses/certifications, and experience are required:

• Minimum Education: Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum Experience: Clinical experience reviewed individually; one year of telemetry experience preferred. CCRN preferred.
• Certifications/Licenses: Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from your state of residence. If holding a license from another Compact state, apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS CPR required. ACLS required within 6 months of hire for PCU.
