Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility

Position Summary: This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level. It is responsible for supervising staff to whom care is delegated. The role supports the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintains staff competency, and manages resources related to patient care.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of one year of telemetry experience preferred.
• CCRNs preferred.
• Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License required; if from a compact state, apply for a Multi-State RN License within 30 days.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
