RN Surgical Trauma Full Time Nights

Position Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level. The role is responsible for supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.

The RN Surgical Trauma Full Time Nights candidate will possess the following education, license/certifications, and experience:

• Minimum Education: Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum Experience: Clinical experience, with one year of telemetry experience preferred. CCRN preferred.
• Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from your state of residence. If you hold an RN license from another Compact state, you must apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License within 30 days.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required. ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire for PCU.
