Job summary

Texas Health Resources' Bedford facility is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in the Operating Room to join a team focused on patient safety and high-quality perioperative care. This full-time role covers weekend days Fri-Sun, 6:30am-7:00pm, with no on-call requirement.

You will collaborate with surgeons and staff, ensure basic nursing needs are met, and uphold Texas Health's values of compassionate care, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma required OR
• Associate's Degree Nursing required OR
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
• 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
• 1 year of OR experience highly preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
