Qualified candidates hold an active New Jersey RN license, an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, and PCC experience; long-term care experience is a plus. Weekend positions offer flexibility and growth with a supportive leadership team.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in supporting our nursing team, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes. You’ll help lead our team while creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for our residents.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Point Click Care (PCC) experience required
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership throughout the shift
• Ensure proper medication administration and quality resident care
• Conduct multiple nursing rounds throughout each shift
• Monitor residents’ conditions and address changes appropriately
• Provide education, guidance, and support to nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and leadership
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership
