Deptford Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Deptford, NJ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the overnight shift. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance in a 240-bed facility.

A strong leader with LTC experience is required. The role requires an active RN license, excellent communication, and proficiency with EHR and e-prescribing systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

DeptfordCenter is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to be an RN Supervisor in our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Deptford, NJ.

Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 PM!

DUTIES:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• The responsibility of theRegistered Nurse (RN) supervisor is toestablish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain safe & clean working environment by implementing rules &regulations
• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Maintain documentation of resident care services
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Should be familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
