Job summary

Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking experienced RN Supervisors to join our night shift team in Hammonton, NJ. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff on the 11 pm–7 am shift, ensure quality resident care, and maintain compliant procedures in a skilled nursing facility.

Requirements include a valid New Jersey RN License, long-term care experience, solid communication skills, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Schedules and assigns nurses and staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Provides compassionate support to residents and families.
• Provides information to residents and health care team.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
• Keeps documentation of resident care services.
• Manages nursing supplies inventory.
• Fosters cooperative relationships among health care teams.

Hammonton Center is seeking experienced RN Supervisors to work Monday through Friday from 11 pm - 7 am at our Skilled Nursing Facility.

DUTIES:

• Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
• Completes Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses and staff
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and families
• Provides information to Residents and health care team
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment
• Maintains Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processingMaintains documentation of Resident care services
• Maintains nursing supplies inventory
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams
