Deptford Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the overnight shift in Deptford, NJ. The role involves supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care on the overnight shift and maintaining a supportive, safe environment for residents and families.

The RN will lead care coordination, enforce policies, and collaborate with health care teams to sustain excellent clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong and positive Team Director for all staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Eprescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements.

Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 PM!

DUTIES:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• The responsibility of theRegistered Nurse (RN) supervisor is toestablish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain safe & clean working environment by implementing rules &regulations
• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Maintain documentation of resident care services
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams

REQUIREMENTS:
