Deptford Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the Evening Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) at our Deptford, NJ skilled nursing facility. The role schedules and directs nursing staff to meet resident care needs while maintaining a compassionate environment for residents and families.

Applicant must hold an RN license with a minimum of 3 years Long-Term Care experience and proficiency with EHR and e-prescribing.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license (state of NJ) and be eligible to practice.
• Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong leadership skills to direct nursing staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to ensure resident care requirements are met.
• Foster a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment by following rules and regulations.
• Maintain documentation of resident care services and coordinate with health teams.

DUTIES:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• The responsibility of theRegistered Nurse (RN) supervisor is toestablish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain safe & clean working environment by implementing rules &regulations
• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Maintain documentation of resident care services
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Should be familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
