Job summary

Woodbury Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our leadership team for overnight coverage. The role supports the Director of Nursing and provides leadership to licensed nurses and nursing assistants.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment. A NYS RN license and 1+ year LTCRN Supervisor experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• NYS Registered Nurse License is required.
• 1+ year of Long-Term Care RN Supervisor experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support nursing staff during the overnight shift.
• Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with facility standards.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Assist with staff supervision, coaching, and performance support.
• Respond to resident needs and clinical issues promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
