Job summary

Apploi is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a skilled nursing facility in New Haven, CT. This full-time, Monday through Friday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift offers an opportunity to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.

You must hold a CT RN license, have supervisory experience, IV and CPR certifications, and familiarity with long-term care regulations. In-person interviews at sister facilities may apply.

Qualifications

• Valid CT RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory experience required in a healthcare setting.
• IV certification and CPR certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience in senior care and knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during the night shift and coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• RN Registered Nurse Supervisor must hold a current state RN license and be a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Must have previous experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Attention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• RN Registered Nurse Supervisor demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of general rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care.

Requirements:

IV cert required

CPR required

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in in the state of CT in good standing
• Experience in senior care preferred
• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.
