Bay Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC in Dover, Delaware is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead the nursing department and ensure high-quality resident care. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and coordinate care plans on a rotating schedule.

The role requires an active Delaware RN license and prior supervisor experience, with preference for long-term care or skilled nursing backgrounds.

• Previous Supervisor experience.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team at Bay Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC in Dover, Delaware. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Previous Supervisor experience

Pay: $100,000-105,000 per year

Shifts available:

• 11p-7a FT Monday-Friday with rotating on-call weekends
