Job summary

AristaCare is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to manage day-to-day nursing activities on your tour of duty at our New Jersey facility. You will supervise nursing staff in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, reporting to the Director of Nursing Services.

The role includes administrative authority and accountability for duties as Nurse Supervisor. Qualified candidates hold a Nursing Degree or RN program graduation, a valid RN license, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have an active RN License.
• Must have, as a minimum, 2 year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Ensure supervision and compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Provide administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties as Nurse Supervisor.
