Job summary

AristaCare Health Services seeks an RN Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities on the designated shift and ensure compliance with applicable standards. The supervisor has administrative authority and accountability for duties to maintain high-quality care. Weekend shifts include 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

or 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., every weekend or every other weekend. Location: 845 Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college, university, or approved RN program.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care facility.
• Must have 12 months training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

RN Nursing Supervisor

Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As Nurse Supervisor you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
