Job summary

AristaCare Health Services is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities and provide administrative leadership during assigned shifts at our Plymouth Meeting, PA facility. The role ensures care quality and regulatory compliance under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Shifts include weekends on a rotating basis (7:00 am–7:00 pm and 7:00 pm–7:30 am). We offer a sign-on bonus, referral programs, incentives, a 401(k), comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and career

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or RN program graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in a hospital, long-term care facility or related health care setting.
• Minimum 12 months of rehabilitative and restorative nursing training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities during your shift to ensure high quality care.
• Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability as delegated by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Collaborate with staff to comply with federal, state and local standards and regulations.

AristaCare is seeking an RN Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your hour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As Nurse Supervisor you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Available shifts:

Weekend / Every other weekend | 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Weekend / Every other weekend | 7:00 pm - 7:30 am

Requirements:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.

• Must have, as a minimum, 2 year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.

• Must have, as a minimum, 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
