Job summary

AristaCare in Manchester Township, NJ seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to manage daily nursing activities during your tour of duty. The role carries administrative authority and accountability as directed by the Director of Nursing Services to ensure the highest quality care.

Shift available: Every Other Weekend 11PM-7AM, Every Other Friday. We offer competitive rates, a 401(k) plan, comprehensive healthcare, and paid time off to support our team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care facility.
• Must have at least 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Provide supervision in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.

Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As Nurse Supervisoryou are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
