Job summary

AristaCare is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities at our Plymouth Meeting, PA facility. You will ensure quality care, compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing Services during your shift.

Weekend and every-other-weekend shifts are available (7:00 am–7:00 pm or 7:00 pm–7:30 am). We offer a sign-on bonus, referral bonuses, incentives, 401(k), health coverage, PTO and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in nursing leadership roles.
• Formal nursing degree or RN program completion required.
• Experience with rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices preferred.

AristaCare is seeking an RN Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your hour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As NurseSupervisoryou are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Available shifts:

Weekend / Every other weekend | 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Weekend / Every other weekend | 7:00 pm - 7:30 am

Requirements:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.

• Must have, as a minimum, 2 year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.

• Must have, as a minimum, 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
