Job summary

AristaCare Health Services is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities on their shift. The role requires ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations, with delegated administrative authority for care quality.

The position is full-time, with the 3-11 shift and weekend options. The nurse may perform cart duties and supervise staff, contributing to a supportive team environment and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college/university or RN program graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare facility.
• Minimum 12 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Willing to perform cart nurse duties and supervision when needed.

AristaCare is seeking an RN Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your shift. This supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. As Nurse Supervisor, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability to carry out your assigned duties and ensure the highest quality of care at all times.

Available Shift: Full Time (3-11); Weekends (7-3, 3-11)

Requirements:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college/university, or graduate of an approved RN program

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare facility

• Minimum 12 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices

• Open to performing both medication cart and supervisory duties

• Must be willing to work as a cart nurse when needed
