Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our skilled nursing facility in State College, PA. The RN will oversee nursing staff, assess resident needs, and ensure high-quality medical and personal care in a supportive environment.

• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement.
