Job summary

Evergreen Post Acute is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team in Smyrna, DE. You will supervise staff, oversee resident care plans, conduct unit rounds, and ensure accurate documentation while promoting quality and compliance.

We offer consistent schedules, supportive leadership, and opportunities to build lasting relationships with residents. Active RN license and prior supervisory experience in long-term care are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
• Previous Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
