Complete Care of Plainfield is seeking a capable RN Supervisor to lead the clinical team and oversee daily nursing operations. You will mentor staff, monitor care delivery, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with regulations, and ongoing staff education. A New Jersey RN license and LTC/subacute experience are preferred, with opportunities for career growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• RN license in New Jersey (unencumbered) required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 1+ year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Proficient with Point Click Care (PCC) required.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and families.
• Ensure staff follow local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
