AMI Expeditionary Healthcare LLC seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and patient care on short-term, on-call assignments at a long-term care facility in New Oxford, PA.

The RN Supervisor will lead the nursing team, ensure safe, comprehensive care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address residents' needs across physical, mental health, and social aspects.

Qualifications

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a long-term care facility.
  • Progressive clinical leadership and management experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification that is American Heart Association (AHA) compliant and includes in-person training.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage nursing team on the assigned shift.
  • Conduct daily nursing rounds to assess the status of critically ill residents, new admissions, and transfers.
  • Review the daily 24-hour report and communicate pertinent information to the nursing team.
  • Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to ensure residents receive safe, comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  • Coordinate with professional team members to assess and provide emergency medical care when needed.
  • Identify educational and training needs and communicate them to the RN Coordinator.
  • Promote a safe and supportive care environment by maintaining appropriate supplies and equipment and following established safety protocols.
  • Respect residents' cultural, religious, and individual needs.
  • Complete all required training and maintain professionalism, reliability, and accountability throughout each shift.
  • Follow all facility, state, and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

AMI is seeking experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to provide clinical leadership and compassionate patient care through short-term, on-call assignments at a long-term care facility in New Oxford, PA.
