Complete Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team on 2nd or 3rd shift, with every other weekend. This full-time role in New Jersey offers competitive pay and leadership growth within a resident-centered LTC setting.

Earn up to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure. You will supervise staff, foster compassionate care, and ensure a safe, positive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Active, valid New Jersey RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Previous supervision experience in an LTC facility.
• High School Diploma required.
