Complete Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead daily clinical operations on the 11-7a shift. You will mentor nursing staff, oversee medication distribution, and ensure high-quality resident care in a collaborative team environment.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible full-time candidates in New Jersey.

Qualificações

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, oversee medication distribution and patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and families as needed.
• Ensure staff compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule: Full-time RN position on 11-7AM shift (Mon-Fri) and a Part-time Every weekend, 11-7AM (Sat-Sun)

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required

• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
