You will lead the nursing team and ensure safe, compassionate resident care in a long-term care setting. Qualifications

• RN license current in New Jersey (unencumbered)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift
• Monitor medication administration and resident care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit throughout the shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families
• Ensure staff follow local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Administrator

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will lead and support the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license
• Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift
• Monitor medication administration, blood draws, and other aspects of resident care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit throughout the shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families
• Ensure nursing staff follow local, state, and federal regulations
• Work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator
• Other duties as assigned
