Job summary

Complete Care at Bayshore is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for an overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You will lead a dedicated nursing team, oversee medications and resident care, and mentor staff to maintain high-quality care.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, $48.00–$50.00 per hour with a $3.00/hour overnight differential, and full benefits including health, dental, vision & PTO. Daily pay is available.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during your assigned shift.
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, blood draws, and resident care.
• Conduct routine nursing rounds throughout the facility.
• Mentor and educate nursing staff while promoting quality care.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities
