Job summary

Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for full-time and part-time shifts. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid New Jersey RN license. You will supervise nursing staff, conduct rounds, and ensure compliance with health standards.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
