Bay Terrace Rehab and Nursing in Dover, DE is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our long-term care team. We offer up to $35/hour with shift options including day, evening, and overnight. Care plans, medications, teamwork with interdisciplinary staff, and accurate documentation are part of the role.

Pay: Up to 35/hour
Shifts available:

• 7:00am-3:00pm Part Time

• 3:00pm-11:00pm Part Time

• 11:00pm- 7:00am Full Time and Part Time

  Shift differentials available

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• New grads welcome – training and orientation provided
