Excelcare Dover is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team on shift, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and coordinated admissions, discharges, and transfers. The role emphasizes strong leadership, professional mentorship, and collaboration with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams in a skilled nursing setting.

Weekend shifts from 7-3 or 3-11 are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift.
