Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting. You will coordinate RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, driving compliance with policies and collaboration across departments.

The role emphasizes leadership, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement, with evening/night shifts and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in New York
• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a long-term care facility providing compassionate and skilled nursing care, is seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team! As an RN Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with other RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, serving our valued residents. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
