Job summary

The Grand Healthcare System is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily patient care operations in our Batavia facility. You will oversee nursing staff, collaborate with physicians, and ensure high-quality care and compassionate support for patients and families.

Requirements include current NYS RN licensure and 2 years of Long-Term Care or medical/surgical experience. BSN preferred but not required; we offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current NYS RN Licensure (BSN preferred but not required).
• Two years of experience in Long-Term Care or medical/surgical settings preferred (new RN grads welcome).
