Job summary

Roosevelt Care Center at Old Bridge in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor for immediate part-time coverage on Sundays from 7am to 7pm. You will lead the nursing team, supervise staff, and ensure safe, compassionate care for residents.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience supervisor experience preferred
• Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift
• Oversee medication administration, blood draws, and other clinical duties
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and ensure high standards of resident care
• Educate staff, residents, and families as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership
