Cantex Continuing Care Network seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Solera at West Houston in Houston, TX. This full‑time nursing position emphasizes delivering high‑quality patient care under physician orders and established standards, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, and accurate EMR documentation to support care plans and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid RN license required.
• Experience with EMR documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee patient care per standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, report patient conditions and document per policies.
• Document EMR entries for patient assessments and changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Transcribe and execute physician orders and implement care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care.
• Ensure training of staff on Patient Care Management Systems.

QualificationsResponsibilities:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
