Job summary

Woodville Health & Rehabilitation Center in Woodville, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will participate in and oversee patient care, monitor conditions, document assessments, and implement care plans under physician orders.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with state/federal guidelines and policies.
• EMR documentation related to patient assessment and change of condition, per nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders; implement a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into delivery of patient care.
