Job summary

Doctors Medical Center Of Modesto, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the SICU on the night shift. The RN will plan, direct, coordinate and provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process, reporting to the Patient Care Services Director/Shift Manager.

A BSN is preferred and ICU experience is required; CA RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, TCAR within 12 months; NIHSS module required within 6 months; CCRN preferred. Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years ICU experience.
• CA RN license, BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire).
• TCAR required within 12 months of hire/transfer.
• PALS for relief charge only.
• NIHSS education module within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• CCRN preferred.

Current: CA RN license, BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire for new grads only), TCAR required within 12 months of hire/transfer . For current employees/transfers who have TNCC, TCAR must be obtained by October 1, 2019. PALS for relief charge only. Must obtain National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) education module within 6 months of hire or transfer into unit and must maintain thereafter. CCRN preferred.

$59.31 - $88.42 hourly Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
