Job summary

Saint Mary's Regional Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Float Pool on a PRN night schedule in Russellville, Arkansas. You will provide compassionate care, assess patient needs, and help ensure safety across units as part of a collaborative nursing team.

Candidates must hold an AR RN license and an Associate's degree. BLS within 30 days, ACLS within six months, one year of RN experience, and a commitment to at least 7 shifts per month are required; ASN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current AR RN license and associate's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire; one year of RN experience; be able to commit to at least 7 shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care as part of the float pool team.
• Administer treatments and medications per care plans; monitor and document patient status.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care across units in a collaborative setting.

Department/Unit SummaryJoin our team in the Float Pool where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of RN's. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
