Job summary

Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Float Pool on nights. This PRN role requires providing compassionate care, assessing patient needs, and applying treatments while ensuring safety.

You will work with a dedicated team using modern technology to support patient journeys and improve outcomes. Eligible candidates have an active RN license, an associate degree, and BLS/ACLS within set timelines; one year of RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Associate's degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required within six months of hire.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Must commit to at least 7 shifts a month.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Department/Unit Summary

Join our team in the Float Pool where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of RN's. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications And Requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of RN experience required
• Must be able to commit to at least 7 shifts a month
• ASLS certification preferred
