Job summary

Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville, Arkansas, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool on PRN night shifts, with a commitment to at least 7 shifts per month. You will provide compassionate care and work with a dedicated team to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Department/Unit Summary

Join our team in the Float Pool where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of RN's. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of RN experience required
• Must be able to commit to at least 7 shifts a month
• ASLS certification preferred
