Job summary

Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville, Arkansas, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool on PRN nights. You’ll provide compassionate care across units, collaborate with a dedicated team, and help sustain high-quality patient outcomes.

As an RN with at least one year of experience and an active license, you will follow care plans, administer treatments, and monitor patient wellbeing using our advanced technology.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Must be able to commit to at least 7 shifts a month.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join the Float Pool to provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of RNs.
• Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Leverage plan-of-care interventions and cutting-edge technology to impact patient wellbeing.

Department/Unit Summary
