Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare: Where Compassion Meets Care! We are seeking dedicated PRN Registered Nurses to join as 1099 Independent Contractors, delivering holistic, in-home care to energy workers and their families.

You will assess patients, educate families, assist with daily living tasks, administer medications, and document care in our EMR system with compassion and professionalism. Travel to patient homes is required; you will partner with Case Managers and physicians to align with

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification currently in effect.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking with empathy.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver personalized in-home care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with ADLs with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate with patients' plans of care and approved hours.
• Monitor symptoms and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document care in EMR.
• Communicate with case managers and physicians to ensure unified care.
• Maintain accurate patient logs reflecting care progress.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide clear, compassionate clinical notes and charting that tell the patient's story.

Qualifications

• A valid and active RN License in the state of practice.
• A willingness to travel, bringing care directly to patients' homes.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLSCertification.
• Ability to pass a state & federal background check, ensuring trust and safety.
• Malpractice Insurance isrequired.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, coupled with a warm, empathetic approach.

Pay Range

USD $45.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr.
