Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking registered nurses to join our in-home care team as 1099 Independent Contractors, delivering compassionate, whole-person care in patients' homes across Washington.

You'll conduct assessments, educate families, assist with ADLs, coordinate with case managers, document in our EMR, and provide emotional support while flexibly scheduling visits to fit patient plans and your availability.

Qualifications

• A valid and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to pass a state and federal background check.
• Malpractice insurance is required.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments and provide personalized in-home care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity.
• Coordinate schedule with patients according to plan of care.
• Monitor changes in patient condition and report promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
