Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Liberal, KS. This PRN role offers autonomy to manage your own patients and deliver high-quality care in patients' homes, from recovery to end-of-life support.

You will build relationships with patients and families, perform assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with the medical team. A valid RN license, relevant clinical experience, strong judgment, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice)
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health, med/surg, or critical care preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
