Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver home health and hospice care. You will manage your own patient caseload in a one-on-one setting, developing personalized care plans and ensuring high-quality care in patients' homes.

The role emphasizes autonomy, relationship-building with patients and families, and collaboration with the care team to support recovery and end-of-life care as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health, med/surg, or critical care preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
