Under the direction of Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing. Provides nursing care to residents in the Health Care Center through assessment, planning implementations and reevaluation of resident needs. Carries out and interprets policies, procedures, local, state, and federal regulations in the Health Care Center. Responsible for directing care given by Certified Nurse Assistants.
