Job summary

Evercare in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hands-on nursing and personal care in a memory care-focused facility. You will lead nursing assistants and ensure high standards of care and safety for residents.

The role supports evenings, full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with daily hours, pay on a schedule, and a strong support team to assist in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
• Must possess a current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care.
• Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
• Perform routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
