Job summary

Hendrix Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our PRN team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, support rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team in our long-term care facility.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license and BLS/CPR certification, demonstrates strong geriatric care skills, and communicates effectively with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.
