Cordova Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN schedule in Cordova, Alabama. You will provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting, collaborating with physicians, rehab staff, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, is proficient in geriatric and rehab care, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork.

Formación

• Current and valid RN license.
• Strong geriatric and rehabilitation care knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Identify and promptly communicate changes in resident condition
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to residents and their families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to help ensure quality care deliver

Qualifications
